Insurance is available for both late-maturing tall stature (LMTS) and early maturing short stature (EMSS) sunflowers. If you grow both classes, production is offset in the event of a claim.
Liability will be accepted on dryland fababeans in risk zones 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 21, 22 and 23. Irrigated fababean acres are insurable in all risk zones.
If you grow alfalfa seed, caraway, coriander or vegetables, information is provided under the Multi-Peril program's insurable crops page and insurable forage crops are listed under Forage Insurance.
