 Home > FAQ >Resampling

Q: What can I do if I do not agree with the grain grade results?

A: If you have reason to believe the results should be different, you may request another sample be taken. The second sample is sent to the Canadian Grains Commission and the results of this sample are binding.

The resample must be representative. Samples taken from less than 50 bushels are not acceptable.
