Q: How secure is CropConnect?

A: Your contract information is stored on secured servers and is not available to anyone outside Crop Insurance or its authorized agents. While conducting transactions in the secure CropConnect site, Crop Insurance is utilizing 128-bit encryption to protect those transactions.

To ensure your privacy, Crop Insurance:

• Requests the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure secure access to CropConnect.
• Does not share or sell any Account Holder information to any other party.
• Conforms to the Privacy Act and/or the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
