Q: Why is CropConnect available on Internet Explorer only?

A: Due to system development resource availability and security concerns, the only browser currently supported by CropConnect is Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater with 128 bit encryption. Internet Explorer is the standard for online applications across government and used by the majority of Crop Insurance customers.

If you wish to update your browser, please visit the Internet Explorer site.

Crop Insurance is looking into making CropConnect available through different browsers, in particular, those that are compatible with Mac computers.
