Crop Insurance's toll-free phone system means better service for you

Crop Insurance is continuing to provide better service to customers through the expansion of its toll-free phone system. Speak to the staff you know and trust about your contract or other Crop Insurance programs free of charge. Each of Crop Insurance’s 21 customer service offices across the province has been assigned its own individual toll-free number.

Still, Crop Insurance will continue to operate its universal customer service line –
1-888-935-0000 – to provide you with direct access to a customer service representative when your local office is unavailable. Feel confident that trained customer service representatives are knowledgeable about the Crop Insurance program no matter what part of the province you are calling from.

Additional representatives will be available during peak periods. Still, a large volume of calls leading up to deadlines or after severe weather may expend all available representatives. We ask for your patience during these times. Customers will be given the opportunity to leave a message to be returned as soon as a representative is available.
