The new phone system will enable Crop Insurance to direct calls to its customer service representatives throughout Saskatchewan using a single, toll-free contact number. The new system will enable Crop Insurance to enhance the personal service you receive. If there is a specific Crop Insurance employee you need to reach, all you have to do is call the toll-free number and ask to speak to that person. Your call will then be forwarded to that individual, putting you in direct contact with them in one easy step. That said, keep in mind that all staff on the system are ready to answer your question and provide assistance, and you may find it just as easy to get the help you need from the employee who first answers your call. If you have a claim or if any other follow up is required on you inquiry it will be handled by you local customer service office.
