New AgriStability Forms

SCIC is bringing the AgriStability program closer to producers. Starting in 2012 (2011 program year) all participants must submit their supplemental information (inventories, payables, receivables, deferrals and purchased inputs) directly to SCIC. Previously individual participants had to submit this information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Supplemental Information form: Individuals (sole proprietors) can meet the new requirement of submitting all supplemental information to SCIC by using this new form. The form can be submitted by fax, mail or dropping it off at your local Crop Insurance office.

T1163 & T1164 Farming Income and the AgriStability and AgriInvest Programs Forms and Guides: Individual participants are still required to submit their tax (income and expense) information to the CRA and must use the T1163/T1164 form. This will ensure individuals (sole proprietors) meet the requirements for participating in both the AgriStability and AgriInvest programs.

Corporations, co-operatives and other entities can fulfill their requirements for participating in both the AgriStability and AgriInvest program by completing and submitting the Corporations/Co-operatives/Other Entities form and submitting it to SCIC. This form includes both the tax and supplemental information required for participating in both business risk management programs.

Please note: Many of the forms listed below are fillable PDFs.  When using a PDF form ensure your settings are configured to view the editable fields.  This will enable you to see where information can be entered.
